As CEO of Diamorph’s Composite and Polymer Materials division, Jonathan leads an international organisation focused on advanced materials innovation for critical applications. Since joining the Diamorph Group over two years ago, he has strengthened the division’s technical capability, operational performance and customer focus across global markets.

Prior to Diamorph, Jonathan held senior leadership roles at AESSEAL®, one of the world’s leading specialists in mechanical seals and support systems, and BNL, the global leader in specialist plastic bearing solutions. His career spans engineering, product development and commercial strategy, with a consistent record of driving technology‑led growth.

Jonathan holds a BSc in Physics, an MBA in Business Management and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD Business School.
