As CFO of the Composite and Polymer Materials division, David is responsible for financial strategy, performance management and value creation across Diamorph’s global operations. He brings extensive experience from both listed and private equity owned multinational manufacturing businesses, where he has delivered sustained improvements in financial results and commercial discipline.

Before joining Diamorph 2 years ago, David held senior finance roles across the automotive, commercial vehicle and industrial sectors, building a strong track record in strategic planning, risk management and M&A execution. With more than a decade of boardlevel experience, he has played a key role in enabling longterm, profitable growth in complex engineering environments.

David holds a degree in Accountancy and Financial Analysis from the University of Warwick.
