Over the past 12 months, 11 of our colleagues have worked hard to complete their Lean Manufacturing certification, with every one of them achieving a distinction. This achievement not only reflects the significant investment in the programme but also our continued commitment to developing talent from within.
The course covered a wide range of subjects, from Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and COSHH, through to Continuous Improvement, Lean Principles, Visual Management, KPIs, TPM and Lean Tools. These skills not only support individual development but also help strengthen the culture of operational excellence that exists throughout The Group.
We are incredibly proud of the dedication, commitment and hard work shown by everyone involved. Achieving distinction across the entire group is a reflection of the effort these individuals have put into their learning alongside their day-to-day responsibilities, and of the culture of continuous improvement that they help create every day.
